Abstract

The study aims at identifying the perceptions of Al-Aqsa University students towards the E-Learning under the (COVID 19) pandemic and providing a framework to develop the E-Learning in the Tertiary Education Institutions (TEI’s). It is based on the qualitative approach. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher has developed an electronic interview tool. The sample of the study consists of (94) students. The study depends on the PEEL method to analyze the gathered related information from students’ responses. The study reveal that all eight criteria adopted in the current study represent a great asset in improving the E-Learning according to students’ expectations, as it was realized that some of the criteria were achieved, and others were not achieved. The study presented (32) indicators as a suggested framework for developing the E-Learning in the (TEI’s).
