Findings: The study found a statistically significant impact of Human Resource Management Strategies on Organizational Intelligence in the surveyed universities.
Implications: Academic quality and agility improve through systematic engagement and data-driven decisions that accelerate curriculum renewal. Inclusion and well-being foster talent attraction and retention, reducing turnover in competitive academic labor markets. This creates a positive cycle linking openness to performance. Learning-oriented compliance enhances accountability by turning incidents and audits into organizational knowledge.
Conclusion: Evidence shows HRM Strategies shape OI in Jordanian private universities via succession, employee voice, D & I, and well-being-by-design. Compliance and ethics ensure legitimacy but only enhance OI when paired with learning mechanisms. Succession preserves critical knowledge, while voice and inclusion strengthen engagement. Well-being practices foster commitment and resilience.
